1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
1/2 teaspoon ghee (optional if your milk contains fat)
1 teaspoon turmeric
a dash of black pepper
a couple of shakes of cinnamon
a couple of shakes of cardamom
honey, to taste
In a small saucepan, heat milk and whisk in seasonings. Add honey to taste. Whisk frequently until your golden milk reaches the desired temperature.
